Seeking individual of integrity, who is motivated, talented and possesses strong attention to detail, and will sustain dedication and long term commitment to program. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check; not having had any convictions for a crime other than minor traffic offenses.
Applicant will be responsible to:
reconcile all accounts; process payroll, file all state and federal payroll reports; complete and submit tax forms and returns, workers’ compensation forms, and other government documents; manage inventory; prepare bank deposits; document and manage financial transactions with studio software to record, store and analyze information; prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports, assessing accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards; calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements according to established procedures; and, compile statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.

Harris Academy of the Arts specializes in providing quality music education for a variety of instruments (i.e., piano, guitar, voice, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion), with increased repertoire to include a variety of arts programs. Our expanded course list includes Kindermusik, Children’s Music Academy, Musical Theatre and Talent Coaching, with more to come. We provide education with knowledgeable, professionally-trained faculty. Hours and Compensation:
Employee will work 6-8 hours per week with some flexibility of when the hours occur. Compensation is based on qualifications, acquired skills and past experience ($10.00 – $16.00 per hour)
