We have enjoyed ALL of our instructors at Harris, and see each as professional and well suited to their role in educating children. Joy made the transition of a new instructor easy and fun with her attitude and teaching style. Keely responds well to her straight-forward and fun style as well as her use of creative techniques for memorization of skills and lessons. We feel well informed and can see Keely’s progress! I am in awe and have much gratitude to Joy and all who pass their knowledge and love of music to my children…as I can personally only do so through you…I might be next on the list for BEGINNER lessons. – Jennifer B. (Parent)
Joy is a very fun teacher. I love learning new things with her.
Joy is the best violin teacher I’ve ever had and no matter what she is happy. – Amiya B. (Student)
She’s a great teacher, she’s very positive!
Joy has reignited my passion to pursue viola! I’ve learned more from her in 4 months than I ever learned from my old instructor in 2 years! I respect her decisions and teaching style, it’s always a joy! – Taylor N. (Student)
