Ensemble: Violin Duet

I tried to take mental snapshots throughout the course of our wedding day — from getting my hair and makeup done, to putting on my dress, to hearing the two violinists start playing Canon in D — and trying to choose just one favorite is difficult! Considering all of the day’s events, I’d say seeing my future husband for the first time was the best moment, and it remains one of the most vivid. I felt like everything was moving in slo-mo, and I was overjoyed and nervous and excited all at the same time! Grinning from ear to ear, with tears welling up in my eyes. It was like a bigger, fancier and more extravagant version of the day he proposed. – Shannon
