While walking down the aisle, I didn’t allow myself to look at Malcolm until the very end. I was trying to focus on spending those last few moments with my father while we walked together. When we finally arrived, I looked at Malcolm and all of my butterflies were gone. It seemed like Malcolm was the only person in the world and this sense of genuine happiness settled over me. I’ll remember that moment for the rest of my life. -Lauren
