Megan & Thad
Wedding Date: August 12, 2011
Location: St. John’s Catholic Church, Lincoln, NE
Ensemble: Piano, Violin, Cello
Thad and I greatly enjoyed the music that was played at our wedding. The beautiful sounds of string and piano made it feel very elegant and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Harris did a wonderful job in finding the songs that we wanted to include as well as arrangements for the instruments we had playing. We were able to combine classic music selections with our quirks to make a truly unforgettable day. -Megan
Ceremony Music:
- Seating of Grandparents & Parents: Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy
- Attendants: Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel
- Bride’s Entrance: Air on G by J.S. Bach
- Lighting of the Unity Candle: Ave Maria by Franz Schubert
- Reflection: Simple Gifts (Traditional)
- Recessional: Hornpipe from Water Music by G.F. Handel
Favorite memory: Getting to enjoy a choreographed first dance that we worked on in ballroom dancing lessons for months! -Megan
